Our Guaranteed Rent service gives you a fixed monthly income for your property, regardless of whether it is occupied or temporarily vacant. We become your long-term management partner, taking care of tenant management, day-to-day issues, compliance, and property inspections, so you can enjoy a hands-off investment with peace of mind.
Absolutely. You remain the legal owner of your property at all times. Our role is simply to manage the property on your behalf under a management agreement, while you continue to benefit from property ownership and any future increase in its value.
With our Guaranteed Rent service, your monthly payments are not affected by tenant rent arrears. We manage the tenancy and deal with any payment issues directly, allowing you to continue receiving your agreed monthly income without the stress of chasing rent.
We take care of day-to-day property management, including organising maintenance and repairs. Minor maintenance is covered by us at no additional cost, while any major structural repairs or significant works remain the responsibility of the property owner. We'll always discuss larger repairs with you before any work is carried out.
We currently provide Guaranteed Rent and Property Management services across London and Kent, working with private landlords, investors, and property owners. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
We offer flexible agreement terms to suit your needs, with contracts typically ranging from 1 to 5 years. Longer agreements can also be considered by arrangement, giving landlords flexibility and long-term security.
