We carry out regular property inspections to help keep your home safe and well maintained. We'll always contact you in advance to arrange a convenient date and time before visiting.
Tenant Information
Property Changes
If you'd like to make any changes to your property, please contact Uprise Living Properties for approval before carrying out any work. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Pets
If you wish to keep a pet at the property, you must obtain written permission from Uprise Living Properties before bringing the pet into the property. Requests will be considered in line with the terms of your tenancy agreement and the property's suitability.
Property Care
Please keep your home clean, tidy and well maintained throughout your tenancy. If the property has a garden, you're responsible for keeping the grass cut and any shrubs or plants neatly maintained.
Your Tenancy Agreement
Please ensure you understand and follow the terms of your tenancy agreement. If you need another copy, simply contact our team and we'll be happy to help.
Your Responsibilities
As a tenant, you're responsible for looking after certain aspects of the property during your tenancy. If you're unsure about your responsibilities, please contact us for guidance.
Repairs & Damage
Report any repairs to Uprise Living Properties as soon as possible and allow access when required for inspections or maintenance. Any damage caused during your tenancy should be repaired before you move out.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with our service, please contact us by phone, email or request a complaints form. We'll acknowledge and respond to your complaint as quickly as possible.
Moving Out
When it's time to move out, please contact us to arrange your check-out appointment. Don't forget to download our Tenant Information Pack for everything you need to know before leaving your property.
